A ski resort high above LaPaz, Bolivia (which is pretty high to start with). Not a lot of skiers (none when I was there) and resort maybe stretching the term a little. The "resort" had no heating and the little room on the left seems top be the drop toilet. Anything dropped would be frozen by the time it hit the ground below. On the other hand, the view is something special.
